These disposable masks also work
My partner is an essential worker and wears a mask every day. Although he has access to a box full of masks of all shapes, styles, and sizes, he prefers disposable, bulk masks. Happily, the world of science has vindicated his choice. The disposable masks do a great job of blocking respiratory droplets and are the lightest, most affordable masks I've tried. They may get soaked with sweat and steam, but at least you don't have to wash them afterwards.
