FFP2 mask market conditions

FFP2 masks, one of the European standard EN149:2001 for masks, are designed to trap harmful aerosols, including dust, fumes, mist droplets, poisonous gases and vapours, through the filter media and block them from being inhaled.

 

For FFP2 masks, doctors reminded the public to pay attention: "Theoretically, the more airtight the mask's protective material is, the better it is at blocking particles.

On the other hand, the more confined the mask, the more difficult it is to breathe, especially for patients with cardiovascular disease, poor wear may also lead to dizziness and breathing difficulties due to lack of oxygen, the choice to wear more carefully.
