  1.Place under chin and press the mask freely against your face with the nose clip on the bridge of your nose 2.Block the mask on the chin and pass the head harness overhead with the thumbs and the index fingers.Place the upper head harness on the top of the skull.Release the lower head harness and place it on the neck   3.Using both hands ， mold the metal nose clip to the shape of nose 4.To check for proper fit ， cup both hands over the mask and exhale vigorously.
