The appearance
of the carton standard requirements:
1. Printing
quality: clear pattern and handwriting printing, common color, bright and
gorgeous; Printing position error: large box shall not exceed 7mm, small box
shall not exceed 4mm;
2. Closing
quality: there is no leak around the box body, and there is no fluctuation or
gap after the cover of each box is closed;
3. Size service:
the inner diameter and planned size service of the box should be kept at ±5mm
for large box and ±3mm for small box, and the overall size is basically the
same;
4. Cover folding
times: corrugated carton covers are opened and folded 180 degrees back and
forth for more than 5 times. The crack length of the surface layer and inner
layer of the first and second class boxes and the inner layer of the third
class boxes is no more than 70mm;
In addition, the
requirements of standard joint, neat edges, no folding Angle, no obvious damage
or stains on the surface of the case.
